Patrick O'Dell is currently a graduate student at the University of Nebraska studying Creative Writing. When he isn't writing, he spends his time reading anything he can get his hands on, playing video games, watching anime, and spending time with his wife and two velociraptors daughters.

Growing up in Baton Rouge, LA, he was surrounded by good food and loving people. Through the difficulties he has experienced, he works to share the beauty and melancholy of life in his work in both fiction and non-fiction.
